Our Process
Crawford's Custom Woodworks presents a unique opportunity for a home buyer, investor, builder or renovator to receive a personalized experience resulting in fully-customized, professionally installed, and high-quality cabinetry.
Upon contacting our company, a cabinetry expert will schedule to meet with you to discuss your project. During the initial consultation, you can expect to discuss areas where work will be performed, species of wood, paint versus stain, and all available accessories and upgrades. Then, our cabinetry expert will take preliminary measurements.
Within 48 hours of the initial consultation, you will receive a 2D and 3D digital rendering of your project, as well as a detailed scope of work, including the estimated cost of your job. At this point, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and make any final revisions.
A 50% deposit is required upon return of the signed estimate. Once that is received, one of our cabinetry experts will take one final set of measurements before we begin the next process. We like to operate by the old proverb, "Measure twice, cut once".
Every Crawford's Custom Woodworks job is meticulously built and quality control inspected prior to leaving our shop. Our cabinets go through a rigorous process of sanding, sealing, painting or staining and a final coat of lacquer to assure you receive a durable, high quality product.
When your project is scheduled, one of our cabinetry experts will discuss with you how you can make sure your space is ready for installation, including assuring the workspace is clean and all items have been removed from the area.
